First Time Borrower’s Program

United Energy Credit Union believes it’s important to help our members get off on the right foot from the very start. With a first-time credit card and on-time payments, you will be on your way to establishing a strong credit history. Members who meet the requirements will be eligible to get a MasterCard with a limit up to $1,000.   

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • First time borrower

  • Active UECU checking account with direct deposit for at least 6 months

  • Submit last 2 Paystubs

  • Debt to Income Ratio not to exceed 40%
